Seychelles
This will forever be the most romantic place on the planet. It is a personal favorite, maybe because this is where my husband and I met. Nonetheless if you are looking for a romantic island getaway, look no further than the Seychelles

You can have a well balanced trip with relaxing on beaches, or being active with granite islands offering great hiking trails
When to go
The Seychelles is a year-round destination however having lived there my favorite season is during the transition months of April-May and October-November. Why?
Minimal Wind – These months fall between the trade wind seasons, meaning less wind and calmer waters.
Best Visibility for Snorkeling & Diving – The seas are at their clearest, offering visibility up to 30 meters.
Warm Water & Pleasant Weather – Sea temperatures stay around 27-29°C (80-84°F), perfect for swimming, kayaking, and diving.
You can still expect some tropical showers every now and then but they are short
Greece
Big life decisions were made here and many memories made. There is something about Greece that makes you reflect and take stock of the great things in your life and how to hold on to them. In Greece, I wanted to leave a piece of myself to ensure I return again and again, to be reminded of the spirit of adventure and return for love and wisdom
What to expect
Greek culture. Greek people are passionately Greek. They love to share their stories, philosophies and traditions
Greek food and more Greek food. Arguably the best food I have ever had!
Beautiful islands. Whether you are looking for adventure, relaxation or a good vibe, the Greek islands offer them all!
Greek history. There is a delicate balance in Greece between old and new. They live together with respect for each other and in harmony

South Africa
It's natural to have some bias toward your home country, especially when you're passionate about its beauty and experiences! As a South African, I have the insider knowledge and a deep appreciation for what makes South Africa special—its landscapes, culture, and wildlife. I love this country and its many wonderful attributes.
What to expect
Beautiful natural beauty. South Africa offers beautiful wild places, cities and coastlines. We cannot get enough!
The people. For all our troubles, South Africans remain optimistic and unphased, carrying on with their beautifully blessed lives.
The abundance of wildlife conservation areas and therefore abundance of wildlife. There is nothing quite like hearing a lion roar in the early hours of the morning or seeing a giant elephant pass by only a few feet away from you.
Easily combined with other Southern African countries like Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique or Namibia. Also easy to combine with Mauritius for an island escape.
Last but not least, the culinary scene in South Africa is unlike anywhere in the world. We pride ourselves on sustainable and homegrown produce and those who have been can confirm that the restaurants and dining venues here are world class.
